Welcome to the refund policy page of DVLotteryHelper 👋. We always care about our clients' satisfaction and strive to offer clear and flexible services, especially regarding our proxy registration service for the American lottery.

When Can You Request a Refund?

You can request a refund in the following cases: If we are unable to complete your registration process for any technical or administrative reason on our part. If you cancel your request before our team begins preparing your file (data review, editing, or checking your photo). 📌 Note: once actual processing and preparation of your application data has begun, the service is considered in progress and cannot be fully canceled.

Administrative Fees

In accepted cases for a refund request (and before the service is completed or submitted), 20% of the total amount will be deducted as an administrative fee for the time and effort spent examining the request and initial review. Example: if you paid 100 DH, 80 DH will be refunded after deducting the administrative fee.

Refund Processing Time

We review your request within 48 hours of receipt. After approval, the refund is processed within 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment method used.

You can contact us directly via email: assist@dvlotteryhelper.com Please include the following information in your message: The full name used in the application. The order number or associated email. The reason for the refund request. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible 🙏.

⚠️ Important Notes

The amount cannot be refunded after the registration file has been officially submitted to the American system. Fees cannot be refunded if the client provided incorrect data.
